When I initially called about re-keying file cabinets and doors at my mother's house, Randy wanted to know if the front door and the doors to the garage were the same manufacturer. I knew that the front door was a Kwickset but I wasn't sure about the doors to the garage. He was upfront with me that he couldn't re-key the garage doors if they were Schlage locks. He also said that it would be easy to re-key the file cabinets so each could use the same key since they are brand new. I was pleased that Randy was upfront with me on my initial call. A week later, I scheduled Randy to 1) re-key the file cabinet to match the existing file cabinet key; and 2) re-key 2 garage doors to match the front door. Randy gave me a time range of 2-2:30 PM on when he would arrive at my mother's home and he promptly arrived at 2:15 PM. He honored the Angie's List coupon and gave us 2 additional free keys and a 5% discount. He also lubricated the door handles on the 2 garage doors and made sure that the left side of the front door was secured latched.
