Ben did a great job installing new bolts and door knobs on 2 doors. The hardware is very nice. He arrived a little early, that was nice. He worked efficiently and wrote up an estimate, and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Contacted Ben on 2 separate occasions to re-key our rental apartment. Each time he was prompt to reply and was available immediately same-day. He came on-time, was very neat, and very courteous. He even spent extra time to perform maintenance on our locks to ensure they are lubed, tightened, and working smooth. He also has the best price out of all my inquiries! Highly recommended!

They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I had questions about what type of deadbolts to install and they walked me through the pros and cons of both types. And when we discovered during the service that one of our knobs was really deteriorated, they had everything needed to install a new one. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I needed to have two locks rekeyed. I arranged an appointment for Saturday. He showed up on time was very knowledgeable did not try to up-sell me for anything I did not eed. We needed to have a front door lock replaced. The previous owner had created a large hole in the door where he installed the lock. Tech did a fantastic job with the installation and kept me appraised of the issues and possible solutions. I would call them again for any locksmith work I needed.
