Charlie arrived promptly. He repaired 3 locks. One was a high tech very complicated gate lock. Another was an 85 year old entry door lock,, and the third was a common dead-bolt door lock. I would definitely call S. T. Locksmith for any lock-related job and ask for Charlie to do the work.

Charlie was great in finding a proper solution for the patio door locking mechanism. He suggests multiple options to the problem.

Quick response, diagnosed what needed to be done to restore commercial locks in gated townhouse community & performed the job quickly & efficiently without trying to convince me that the only way to get the gates to lock was to replace the entire locking mechanism. My dead bolt lock was stuck. The key would not retract the bolt. Charlie solved the problem very quickly and charged a fair price. I was very happy with the service and would use this company again the next time I need a locksmith.

Called that evening for next day service. Showed up on time. Price quoted was highest of the range and didnâ t inform about $35 service fee on top of fee quoted, so it was more $ than I expected.

Fast service. I sent pics of the problem in advance, so I was able to get an idea of the work/cost needed to fix a rusted lock on a rod iron security door. The work was completed as stated and the job was done within 24 hours of scheduling the appt.
