Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.   

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. "Best pest control company ever. Very polite and informative. They repaired termite damage in rafters and treated inside wall for wood termites. Also sprayed the attic to prevent termites from getting into the wood. Repairmen were so nice about putting down plastic to protect the carpet. Repairs were fast and done very well. Another well known company wanted to tent or use heat treatment for over $4000 to resolve our issues. This company treated all infected areas and repaired wood where needed. Very fast and efficient. We are extremely happy with No Nonsense Termite."
