"Oury at Universal Home Design did a spectacular job on the renovation of our condo in Pasadena. We completed two total bathroom renovations, replaced a fireplace, and touched up a variety of other small projects throughout the home. Oury set a fair price with a clear understanding that I would pay for all of the finishes (such as tile, vanities, faucets, etc...). I was out of town for the entire project, and Oury communicated with me every step of the way, always checking in to confirm how I wanted things done and sending photos as each phase of construction was completed. He and his team were quick, efficient, trustworthy, and they paid attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contractor, and I can't recommend him highly enough!"

As a woman, I didn’t want to work with someone who would be dismissive toward me or only want to deal with my husband — and that was never an issue. I’ve heard countless stories of contractors being impossible to reach and not showing up when they said they would. That was never the case with Gino. There wasn’t a single time when Gino or his crew weren’t exactly where they said they would be, exactly when they said they’d be there. He always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He does not cut corners. I stopped by the house when they were installing the hardwood floors, and he was personally going through the boxes, pulling out the best-looking pieces to use in the living areas and saving the pieces with less attractive color variations for closets or under cabinets. That’s how much care he puts into his projects. Any issue or hiccup we encountered, he made it right. He even finished ahead of schedule. "I needed a remodel job for my kitchen and living room, knowing it was something I couldn’t do and that the living room is a place where visitors must pass by, every visitor gravitates to the living room I decided to involve a professional. I contacted the Golan from H and A design. They did the work perfectly well. They started by providing a punch list for the both. In my kitchen, they used an engineered store that mimics marble and granite as well as sparkling granite floors. The painting was so cool and welcoming. They installed big cupboard that has many partitions and also a center table. The also installed new light fixture and a dishwasher that is better than the normal, the painting were all on white. Golan from H and A design gave my living room a welcoming look, the painting corresponded to the curtains and chairs. The walls were washed before the painting. The wood work was top coated when dried. At the end, my living room was so beautifully decorated. The center table and center rug were so awesome and it drew the attention of my visitors. I highly recommend them."
