"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"I just had two big jobs done on my home. One, was painting the entire exterior of the house and the other was to clean up, sand and stain a beautiful staircase that was installed in the house many years ago, but never finished. I am extremely happy with the work John, Casey and their team did on my home. John was great with communicating and following up with me. Always making sure, the job was going as planned and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns at all. John really provided top notch customer service. I love the fact, that Casey and his team, ALWAYS arrived on time, as scheduled and they were very easy to talk to and work with. "They did an excellent job of painting the interior of the house, including covering the old and new patched areas with texture, creating a beautiful interior walls. They also painted the decking of the balconies and the railing. The interior looks like a new home. They did a great job and I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."

"Certa Pro did not cover furniture and floors.  Luckily the paint came off the furniture.  I still occasionally find spots of paint on my floors.  I have been scrapping paint of windows, mirrors and floors for months.  They did not fill holes and cracks or sand scuff the walls as described in the prep part of our contract.  They hardly taped anything and their lines were wavey.  I had them redo the wall to ceiling lines in the family room.  Because they did not sand, little bumps not visible with light colored paint became visible with darker colors.  I am 72 years old and have been working on the walls for months redoing lines and filling holes.  While the painters were very nice and seemed to want to do a good job, I feel they were rushed.  Perhaps John did a very poor job of estimating the time and effort the job would require.  Or maybe he got a bigger job and wanted his men off my job.  half way through, he pulled one of the painters.  I finally decided the job complete when I asked the painters to redo some lines along the floor boards and it was worse after the redo.  They wanted to do a walk through but I declined.  They were in such a rush to leave that asking them to touch something up only made it worse.
Regardless,  If I were younger, I would have done the job myself and it would have been 50% better the first time around.  I would never hire them again.

"Our shiplap wall used to look awful. And I can’t count how many times painting companies knocked on our doors and asked if we want to paint the house. We always turn them away and tbh it can be really annoying. But what made us go with Keith? One day, Richie knocked on our door, and before I could say anything to reject him, he already disclosed his whole lineage - his father, his grandfather were all in the business. He made a great first impression so when we finally decided to paint the house, I made an effort to find their business card and gave them a call. The whole estimation process was so smooth and the price is fair in this market. Richie was very professional and gave us updates each step of the way - we know how many workers will be onsite at what time, and what they will do the next day and at approximately what time they would finish the day and leave. And the actual painters (very sorry we didn’t get their names) were very respectful to the place, and they are efficient and gentle! They rarely spooked my fearful dog even! I have a lot of flowers and plants planted against the wall, they managed to work around all of them without damaging anything, compared to the previous painters, where we could see they just directly left patches unpainted behind the plants. After everything was done, they cleaned up meticulously and put back everything they had touched. I’m really impressed! We will definitely recommend Richie and his crew to anyone who needs a fresh look on the house."

"They painted our entire exterior including fence and they painted the shed for free with the extra paint. They completed the job in a timely manner. The quality of the painting was excellent. They did lose half a star because there were a couple places where they could have done a better job on the prep work (sanding and repair). I would definitely recommend them to a friend and I have. Work was completed a couple years ago and the work is holding up well."

"Arturo Paz and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of our home. I would give him a 10 on the scale 1-5 if I could. We have wood siding on the front which he sanded thoroughly before painting and replaced a couple of boards that were warped or worn from water from sprinklers. They redid the spackle on all of our windows. He even painted the gutters the blue we had chosen for the wood! They were neat, diligent, thorough to give us the best possible job. Arturo kept us informed on progress every day. HIs worker Juan did a great neat job as he painted. HIs price was reasonable. I would use him again on painting inside or outside of my home as needed!!"
