Half the time was spent on patching, sending, prepping, power washing, vine removal which no prior company has done to this extent and this well over the last 15 years. The difference matters. ANOTHER: When they started to paint our patio deck cover, Dan discovered a piece of wood that needed to be replaced. He showed me where and I agreed it needed changed.
