"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. "Jose and his crew did an excellent job and always conducted themselves like gentlemen. Jose was very patient and helpful in making the color choices for the paint and stain. I have container plants around the house. They took pictures of how they were arranged. They moved them away from the house before starting and put them back where they originally were when they were finished. They tidied up at the end of each day. They thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed, leaving nothing behind. Jose and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work."

I just had two big jobs done on my home.  One, was painting the entire exterior of the house and the other was to clean up, sand and stain a beautiful staircase that was installed in the house many years ago, but never finished.

I am extremely happy with the work John, Casey and their team did on my home. John was great with communicating and following up with me.  Always making sure, the job was going as planned and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns at all.  John really provided top notch customer service.

I love the fact, that Casey and his team, ALWAYS arrived on time, as scheduled and they were very easy to talk to and work with.  They were very efficient and did a great job on both of the projects, all within the time frame that was set.

"I got three bids and James's was the middle price. He arrived quickly to give me a quote, scheduled immediately a few days later when I made up my mind. His crew arrived very punctually (too early for my neighbors, but that's another story). I was amazed at how quickly they did the prep and painting - quoted me four days, painting only took two days (power wash was day before), with some touchups/finishes on day 3. And they did a great job! I had a couple quirky things that they easily folded into the job. The crew were all professional and courteous. There was small amount of painting on the ground at the base of the house (as I expected), but none on the patios/deck. They bent one screen in the process and when I pointed it out, they immediately got it replaced! They were fairly careful with the plants around the house as well. Also, I texted James a few times with various questions or requests, and he was very responsive and helpful. I really liked working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future."

"Jon and his crew did excellent work.  They were here before 8AM on all but the last day, including Saturday. The house needed extensive care, as it had not been painted since I moved in 14 years ago. I had had some repair work done on the house by other contractors  (carpentry and stucco) so it was mostly ready for paint prep work and painting when the  Anytime crew arrived. It took them 6 days, ending on 8/5/2014,, though the last day was only a half day as all they had left to do on that day was the deck floor and some minor touch-up. I chose the colors, and had a hard time deciding on the paint between Behr and Dunn-Edwards.  Jon recommended the latter. I paid separately for the paint but Jon ordered it and had it delivered (a contractor can get a MUCH better price than an individual can). The price shown here was for everything, including labor and paint. And this involved, in most areas, either primer and paint or two coats of paint. I chose colors very close to what was already on the house. 
The only issue was that the crew didn't speak much English.  Jon did, but was only here briefly each day. But that produced no serious problems--I e-mailed Jon a few times when he was not here and he took care of my concerns and recommendations. I'd use them again (and probably will).
