"Five stars! They went beyond the call. I needed movers, on call, asap! My kids relocated from Midwest to CA, and they didn’t book movers. The U-Haul breaking down, two days in CO. Tom worked with me. Once my child was within a two hour reach, I was able to contact Tom, booked three men. Movers and kids arrived the same time! Those men jumped into gear and completed unloading before three hour, moving on the second floor! Awesome, awesome job! I called and not one company was available . I don’t live in CA, absolutely trustworthy! I trusted Tom and their team came through! This move was a complete nightmare! The movers call and total relief. Thank you"

"For your own safety and peace of mind please do not use this company. Last night this owner called me OVER 100 TIMES at 10pm on a Saturday night. (Probably would have continued if my phone didn't go on DND) I wish I was exaggerating. This isn't even an isolated incident as he's repeatedly done this. I'm not sure who in their right mind would do this but it doesn't seem like he's all there. Instead of addressing me as an appropriate business would when dealing with an unsatisfied client, he's stalking and harassing me. Thank god I've since moved otherwise I'm sure he'd be showing up at my door next. He even called my boyfriend and yelled at him calling him a c***sucker, a mother***er, among other things. You do not want to be doing business with someone as unhinged as him. As for the reason for this harassment, I had an issue with them overcharging me by several hours over the quote, and they took so long that me and my female friend were forced to do the majority of the unloading because we were told they wouldn't be done until 11pm. She and I were running up and down the stairs with boxes and we completed it within an hour yet I was still charged for 4+ hours. Not to mention how long they took to actually load up the truck when the only things that were being moved were packed up boxes, a small dining table, a desk, a bookcase, and two dressers. It wasn't even a complete one bedroom and they took as long as it would for a 2 bedroom. I tried to negotiate a reasonable solution but instead of responding, he is maliciously calling over and over again in the middle of the night. **these are not repeated photos. This is legitimately how much he called me."

Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "Beware of Oh Ship and FELIX. I added a local moving project on Angi and got a call from FELIX, from OH SHIP. Felix talked well quoting me an hourly rate for 2 men and a 26 ft truck. The quoted price was high but Felix came accross well, I checked that OH Ship was Legit. I countd on Angi for checking the vendord they refer. It was a flat rate without any other junk fee or taxes. I specifically asked to start at the Storage as it was mainly boxes and storage closed at 9. But The crew came to the house and they said Sorry for mistake, will do the storage later. Since then, I tried contacting FELIX via Txt/calls multiple times but now it was DEAD. By the time the crew loaded from home,it was late, truck was half empty but no floor space. Made the trip with half stuff. Before unloading, the accountant called asking for payment that now had admin fee, material fee and overtime. Arguments were of no avail and I paid double for half job done. BEWARE of FELIX never responded"

"DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! They ruined my 1904 Baldwin grand piano. He sent 2 guys he hired from who knows where in an old beat up truck. I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "
