This is our 2nd time using them and we hired them back because they did such a great job the first time. On top of having all the equipment and proper wrappings/blankets and care they went above and beyond. They recommended a piano tuner who did a great job and this move we had to move the piano temporarily to their storage facility which is another service they provide. When we move the piano out of storage we will definitely hire them back AGAIN to that next move.
