The crew was fantastic. Made our transition so easy and fast. Kudos to the way they wrap and cover everything. Also very impressive how they are capable of disassembling everything to make the transport safer. Would definitely use their services again.

Moved from Sacramento to Houston! Spoke with Mike for over ten days. Finally selected them. Was the worst choice I ever did! I hate when someone is not truthful or sale me a line. My cost was around 2800 didn't have much. I felt had mike been more truthful it would have been a smooth thing. I had not been in this storage in years, so there was no way I knew the exact amount of bags, books, chairs etc. Well that cost me not knowing that. When the pickup guy gets there my amount doubled to over 5k and was charged 300 because my storage was indoor (when I had mentioned this). Half my stuff was left behind so I still need to fly to California and drive the rest of my stuff here. Was told delivery would be the 10th it came on 22nd. At this point didn't even care anymore. I had sooooo many items broken ?. Emailed them and of course no response. Triple check everything!!! This was a horrible experience. Only a few pictures

As you noted, you had not been to your storage unit in years and were unaware of the additional bags and loose items, books, chairs, which our crew packed at NO EXTRA COST. While the walking distance was disclosed as ?within 75 feet from the truck to the storage,? the actual distance was over 375 feet. A goodwill credit was issued to account for this, yet a negative review was still posted. Delivery was completed within the signed contract delivery window, as agreed prior to your reservation. The damaged item reported was in a self-packed box (PBO), and our team has already reached out to begin the claims process. We understand moving can be stressful and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our processes and service. Best regards White Gloves Moving Team"

It went very well, and the movers were very polite and respectful. That is not always true with movers so it was much appreciated. We gave the movers each a pretty big tip, and I have never done that before, so they were really good.

The movers did a great job, but I wish communication was slightly faster before the pickup. Once they arrived, though, everything went smoothly. They packed my fragile items carefully and handled all furniture with care. The storage service was excellent, clean, and secure, and I appreciated the free first month. Delivery was on schedule, and nothing was damaged. Despite the minor delay in responses, I?d still recommend White Gloves Moving because the actual moving service was top-notch.

We moved two households from Florida to California, and White Gloves Moving was exceptional from our first estimate, scheduling and loading of our things in Florida to the unloading and assembly of our things in California. They communicated with us every step of the way. They arrived on the day and at the time they said they would for loading the truck. They communicated with us during our trip confirming the status of the move. They arrived in California on the date they said they would, and went above and beyond with the care they took in handling our household goods. Nothing was broken or damaged in the least. We were extremely happy and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding workers. We moved from Florida to Port Orchard but they do short and long moves. The team was very detailed and careful with everything making sure they didn't bump corners, brush walls or drop anything. I couldn't have been happier! A well directed group by the man in charge with the others following his lead closely. Wish we'd had them for our other moves. Cant go wrong here.
