DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! They ruined my 1904 Baldwin grand piano. He sent 2 guys he hired from who knows where in an old beat up truck. I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking.

Luis was hired to move my piano. What a fiasco. First, it was rescheduled the day before. Next, it wasn't Luis who came to move my piano. It was two guys that he hired on Craigslist. They said he has hired them for other jobs before. They did not have an enclosed truck but had borrowed grandpa's truck. No ramp, no tarp (it was raining). They went to the store to get a tarp. Gone more than an hour. Came back and couldn't figure how to get piano down the steps and then into the back of the truck. My 70 year old sister was out in the rain helping them and instructing them on how to maneuver down the steps and lift it up. THEY HAD NEVER MOVED A PIANO DOWN STEPS BEFORE, although the job description clearly mentioned steps. It was a 3-hour process. Then, it took them another 3 hours to get to the destination. The good news is, the piano made it there. But I would never recommend hiring this person. Not a professional. I did send him a message with my concerns and he did not respond.
