Very positive. Jim is one of the technicians who works on pianos at Orchestra Hall. He's very conscientious and thorough - took his time - did a flawless job of tuning and regulation.

I called the number listed & left a voice-mail message with both day & evening phone numbers, but my call was never returned. Coincidentally (my call was placed with an eye toward surprising my wife with the gift of piano tuning), my wife called a few days later, leaving our home phone number, but her call was never returned, either.
