"Overall, my experience was very good. The person who helped me with my quote was responsive and personable. We did have some communication issues regarding some of the items we wanted moved. We crews that helped us with the physical move worked very hard and provided solutions when issues came up. The single recommendation I could provide to anyone is be 100% sure everything you want to move is on the digital inventory at least 5 days before moving day. The day of the move, I found things were missing on the digital inventory even though we talked about it."

"We hired Silver Star Moving and Storage to move furniture from many rooms to other rooms, our garage and PODS while we were having our hardwood floors refinished. A 3person crew (Justin, Javier and Jose) came on time and had all the dollys, plastic wrap and other moving equipment to move our home contents. They took extra care while moving the furniture from storage to the rooms with newly refinished hardwood floors. They took very extra care and no scratches in the flooring was done and the furniture, washer and dryer were professionally wrapped and stored. They will be back to move items from our pods and garage after the wood floors on the upper level are refinished. The office staff were also very helpful (Sabrina and Amy).
