"I have to give this 3 star rating based on price. 5 stars for customer service, promptness, courtesy and professionalism. The gentleman that provided me with the estimate was top notch. NO pressure, 100% honest and generally very respectful of my interaction. However, the price quoted is, without a doubt, not realistic. I searched online for furnace pricing and a very high quality and highly rated piece of equipment averaged around $2500. But my quote for a new furnace with installation was $7500! This is totally unacceptable! Furnace replacement is not rocket science. As a very handy guy, and one who has, first hand, witnessed an installation, $5000 in labor for a 4 to 5 hour job is just way more than this is worth. $1000 per hour is more than lawyers and doctors charge. And there is no flexibility on this pricing. And I don't feel that the months overhead of this company should be charged on each and every installation. Additionally, I received quotes from 3 other companies and their pricing is almost identical. Price fixing? Taking advantage of consumers? You make the call. BUYER BEWARE!"

"This is a family owned small business. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. All at a very fair price. My AC had been getting worse every year until last year. HVAC Utor came out and fixed it. It ran better than ever before. This year it was just blowing air so I called again. Same great service as last year. Rachel kept me informed so I knew when they would be here. The problem turned out to be the new thermostat I had installed a couple of months ago. Diego had it figured out and fixed in 15 minutes. "The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"Pann was knowledgable, responsive, did all work correctly, on time, and within budget. He went above and beyond by taking care of issues he uncovered that we were not aware were there. He worked with us to come up with the idea of installing an Internet closet that made it possible to have less visible cables and cords running on our walls. The finished project works great and I appreciate having a clean look behind my TV stand. Running the new electric to the detached garage was hard work. Pann crawled around under our house to pull the new wiring through. He even worked within our tight schedule of 2 weeks!
