"Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional."

"Had an issue with a broken pull out shower handle. After assessing the issue, the plumber could not replace the old style pull out without risking damage to the pipes. I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."

"This was, perhaps, the best experience ever. From scheduling to installation everything was taken into consideration: schedule, budget, what I wanted, what the HOA wanted, permits and new electoral installations. Their personal from the office to the installers were kind, informative, great at problem solving and considerate of my premises. The heat pump itself is the absolute best. Can't wait to see my PGE bill. Loved the crew: JP, MARIO, ALEC and STEVE."

"HE IS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT DOES GOOD WORK. COMES OUT WHEN I CALL, AND GETS THE WORK DONE. DOESN'T MAKE A MESS. HE INSTALLED NEW TOILET AND SINK, DID GOOD WORK."

"This is a family owned small business. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. All at a very fair price. My AC had been getting worse every year until last year. HVAC Utor came out and fixed it. It ran better than ever before. This year it was just blowing air so I called again. Same great service as last year. Rachel kept me informed so I knew when they would be here. The problem turned out to be the new thermostat I had installed a couple of months ago. Diego had it figured out and fixed in 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about this company and the people who run it. They're the best!"

"The team of four was very professional and performed an excellent job in a record period of time. Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. I am very happy with their performance. They may not be the cheapest on the block but it was all worthed and you only have to do that once in your lifetime."

"They did it great. They were personable, they showed up, they did very well and they set it up for me the air duct system and they didn't charged me for that. The work and their price was awesome."

"It went very well. I believe they finished it in one day. The price was very fair and lower than the other two places we checked. The heater works spectacularly according to our tenants. The city inspector came out two days ago and gave it his seal of approval and final inspection passed! Luis the owner is an honest man. He is licensed and does great work. I gladly would refer him to anyone who needs a new heater or Air conditioner! Thanks Luis...."
