These guys rocked, from the time I called on a Friday, to the install of our brand new furnace the following Tuesday! Technician-Scott and Ryan were prompt, friendly, informative and professional. The quote/estimate given was fair/reasonable and in the end was what we paid. Installers-Oscar and Kevin were prompt, friendly, informative, professional, quick and did an outstanding job. This was, perhaps, the best experience ever. From scheduling to installation everything was taken into consideration: schedule, budget, what I wanted, what the HOA wanted, permits and new electoral installations. Their personal from the office to the installers were kind, informative, great at problem solving and considerate of my premises. The heat pump itself is the absolute best. Can't wait to see my PGE bill. Loved the crew: JP, MARIO, ALEC and STEVE.
