Offered to have me sign up for regular service visits twice a year which made cost of this visit nothing so I agreed. Said they would order part he thought I needed and have it available if required which I appreciated. He wrote some descriptions of the HVAC system in his notes which described ducts as in " poor condition " but didn't mention that to me. I thought he should have. Will use again."
