He was very flexible with my schedule and professional when he showed up to my home. Jay was able to identify the issue right away and started to break away the solid ice that had accumulated in my freezer. He melted away the buildup so that it cleared the blockage. Not included paid for rotation lo replacement which they charged me $150. So total I paid $307 tax included. It?s a ripped off because I should have just a new machine that cost me $200-300extra money more. But still relevant."
