He recommended an excellent door company, worked with them to build a door to our specs, painted it and stored it in his garage until the rain stopped, removed and disposed of the old door and installed the new one. Pat replied promptly, arrived when arranged, and completed the job in good time. He was friendly and worked with me to figure out an unusual carpentry project. He ultimately charged me less than his estimate. His final product was well done; heâ s going to come back and fix another carpentry problem I have. A nice guy to work with.

My job included drywalling a very old garage with a lot of ancient wiring. Two people looked at it declined to bid. Pat came in and said it was a tough job but accepted it. He was consistently on time and let me know at the beginning and end of the day what was going to happen next. He brought in an electrician to bring the wiring up to date, and had an assistant on days that required a lot of work. He frequently made improvements on the projects and included them in the and did not increase his bid cover them. He cleaned up the jobsite beautifully at the end of each day. Most importantly, it is obvious that Pat is intent on doing the very best job, and take a lot of pride in his work.

Patrick was unusually good with follow through and the project cost what he quoted. It was refreshing to hire a contractor who not only did proper work but actually charged no more than his quote and completed the job on time. I needed drywall repair in a hard to reach place and he cleverly came up with a solution to do the work safely. Also, his drywall finish guy (“mudding”) did excellent work. My only complaint is that because of time constraints he rushed the painting and what should have been done in two days was done in one which so he was unable to paint a clean border. This was a minor issue as the amount of painting was very small, but if he has to do painting ensure he leaves at least two days to complete it.

Pat and his crew did an excellent job of patching and painting some holes left by electrical repair. They also painted the entire ceiling and did a good job, and were very flexible about coming in the evening and on weekends. They were fair on price as well.

We secured four bids for our master bedroom ceiling to be replaced with drywall for the areas where leaks had occurred and to also texture the entire ceiling. His bid was competitive and he delivered quick and responsive service to assess, price and staff the project. Met with his team member and the job was done quickly with great attention to detail (they were very good about covering the rug areas and cleaning up). They also were very careful to ensure other areas of the home were kept tidy and overall very nice people to do business with. I highly recommend.

The owner, Pat, was responsive, friendly and did a wonderful job on my drywall project! He came by to check out my space shortly after my request, and gave a good bid. I didnâ  t actually start the project for another six months. He honored his original bid and wasnâ  t phased by the delay. The project was completed quickly, exactly like our agreed upon plan. Pat is the only one you will find for the soundproofing project in real. Pat had his own experience of how to build up a soundproofing living environment in a SFH. I am picky in interviewing contractors. I had a need to soundproof the bedrooms on ground floor which are right underneath ours. Pat and his crew did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. Pat cares about what he is doing and he always wants you to be satisfied for the outcome. Soundproofing project is never easy. I never expect I can achieve for 50% of my investment, but Pat and his team helped me to achieve 85% and above. I am extremely satisfied for Pats great work. Pat did a great job removing an old wall, adding and painting new walls, and installing new doors, trim, and other repair work. I would recommend PGM.

Pat had to do drywall patch work around a number of plumbing lines which were for a bathroom above our garage. He did a good job and managed to cover around the pipes well. He worked quietly and hard and left everything clean and tidy.
