All State responded quickly to my call and had Kenny here within a few hours. We needed a new ice maker in our freezer. Kenny was really nice. He asked good questions and worked hard to diagnose and eventually fix our problem. Once he found the issue, he let us know what he thought the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. It was amazing that he had the replacement in the car. I appreciated the service and Kenny's reminders for fridge maintenance I did not know about. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend All State to others!

Andreas showed up quickly and apologized for the delay (he was late all of five minutes, whereas most service folks don't even show up within their window, lol). Took a look at our Whirlpool dishwasher, which was giving us an error code and not functioning. Great service, safe with masks, and communicated costs, timelines, and expectations very clearly. A+ service appointment.

Had a Kenmore Elite dryer that I purchased used in need of repair -- it wasn't blowing hot air and it wasn't keeping time correctly. Others had attempted to troubleshoot it, but there was no clear fix. I called up All State after seeing their great reviews and they were very easy to communicate with via phone, I booked an appointment without delay, and they confirmed my appointment. When it came to the repair itself, Andreas arrived in time and then took the time needed to troubleshoot the issues -- one was a general electric problem (which thanks to his guidance I was able to solve with a different vendor) and the second was the dryers control board. A new part was ordered and the follow-up for installation was timely and successful. Dryer is up and running at last! Had a great experience and have already referred them to friends

The company sent out someone within a few hours. Rick was great and very quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. He felt bad that he had to charge me the minimum, so he spent some time giving me some disposal do and don'ts.
