I called Greg in the morning and he came same day and fixed the problem with a frozen drain valve. His rates and very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Gary was in the area and came to our house to look at the problem. He did some preliminary tests and told us that he never did any service on the ice maker of this particular refrigerator model Sears Elite 51773. He recommended another company. There was no charge for his visit. We highly recommend his professionalism and his fairness (no charge). Thank you Gary!

Gary was great. He called me right back after I left a message on a Friday evening. Tried to get me in that Saturday, but our schedules didn't line up. Showed up on Monday, was very efficient and had the needed part on hand. I was very happy with his work.

Refrigerator was an old one. Was able to get it working again but warned that i would eventually need to replace it vs spending a lot of money to replace an expensive part.

It went well. Learned how long our freezer should last (~20 yes); it cools through surface of “skin” so we shouldn’t lean things against the sides or pile things on top; what we needed was a new mother board.

Gary came to our house right when he said he would. After taking a quick look at our fridge he explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and how much it was going to cost. While he was working he explained what he was doing and gave some tips on how to make our refrigerator last longer. He was also kind to my preschool daughter, who wanted to help ? Gary was quick, efficient, professional and experienced. We’re very happy we called him.

Gary had me send him a few pics and explain what was happening and within one day he had the parts ordered and in, came to the house the next and fixed the problem along with finding and fixing one add'l leak. He was friendly and responsive!

When I first called General Refrigeration Services, the time for service was estimated to be in a day or two. That was fine, as my problem was not an emergency. But later that day, Gary called and said that he could actually come today if that was convenient. He was prompt, friendly, did a great job, and explained what he did. He actually fixed a couple of issues that he discovered while he was there. His pricing was very fair. I would be happy to hire Gary again, and give him a strong recommendation.
