In addition to complying with building codes and specifications he truly does not overcharge his customer. On the contrary, he goes overboard keeping the bill to a minimum. Carrillo Construction has worked on many jobs for me in the older home I purchased in Sonoma. I could not possibly recommend them more highly. Everyone that works in this company is not only knowledgeably, respectful to a fault, built ultimately eager to make the job perfect- with the absolute least impact/inconvenience to me the homeowner.
