The Gr8twork team and stucco, drywall, and painting contractors also did an excellent job removing old windows and doors to the rough openings, truing-up the openings for the new windows and doors, flashing, caulking and installing the windows, repairing the outside stucco and inside drywall, trimming out the windows and doors, and painting the interior and exterior surfaces. One window replaced a sliding glass door; the team removed the old door, framed in, flashed, caulked and installed the window, add the necessary outside stucco, matched the interior redwood wall and trim, and finished to match the interior and exterior.
All other work was completed as specified and in excellent form.
