I was thoroughly satisfied in  the quality of his work. Jeff is very customer oriented, he answers questions, is conscientous in bringing materials through the house to the work site and in keeping a clean work site. He took the old glass panel away. He has my highest recommendation.

This was a great service. Jeff can fix the doee without going in to the wall.  We did not have to repair the wall, paint, etc

Other than the price, it was outstanding. I think the price was a little high, but they are the absolute experts in sliding doors.

Ok, I've had fantastic luck with all my recent contractors from Angie's list and they will all get good reviews when the work is finished, but rarely do I feel like raving about a service provider, but here goes the rave:
Bay Area Sliding Door Repair did a fantastic job on my 30+ year old large sliding door. The track and runners had gotten so stick that the frame was literally separating from the double paned glass. I thought I would have to replace the entire door at a cost of over $1000 dollars. Jeff and his apprentice showed up on time, were professional, polite, explained everything (including how to keep the old door functional for years to come), and did AMAZING work! He even recommended someone else to fix the screen door! Talk about professional ethics and pride in his work! If you have trouble with your sliding glass door, I urge you call Jeff first. You will save yourself lots of hassle and potentially lots of money.

Bay Area sliding door repair arrived promply very professional. Fixed the lock in about a half-an-hour. He explained exactly how to keep the lock working in fine condition. Great information. The lock works great. Payment was exactly as quoted. He saved me money and time not having to buy a new door. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

As far as I can tell, they did EVERYTHING right. The door had warped because the house settled. They shaved off the top part of the metal surround and put a stainless piece for the door to ride on. I just go out and slide the door open and shut for fun! I can't believe it is so good! Like new, really. I have 4 other doors that need doing, and when things get really bad with them, I will certainly call these guys!

Jeff arrived on time. He explained clearly what he was going to do to fix my door and how sliding glass doors work.
He and Seth were able to repair my door in the estimated time(about an hour). They left the work area clean. My door now opens and closes better than it ever did before.

Jeff replaced the rollers on the bottom of my Simington sliding glass door with rollers that are superior to the original rollers. He arrived on time, was very professional and did an excellent job repairing the door. it's working fine now with no problems. I thought the cost was high.

The man knows what he is doing, he did an excellent job. Extremely confident. I love the job he did and I actually enjoy going through that door now.
