The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They installed the new windows and applied the cleanest caulk line I’ve ever seen. They cleaned up after themselves. The Anlin windows that were installed works perfectly and are beautiful."

I especially appreciate the patience they had in accommodating unexpected delays to the projects, which on our end was caused by a faulty tub and having to sort out our warranty with our supplier. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with the special circumstances and constraints of retrofitting windows within the guidelines of an HOA. Mark who ran my initial estimate and supported the project through the end of the contract creation and signing was always available to answer questions and willing to help out when I needed support with my HOA. The installation team did a wonderful job, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. And when I discovered several tears in one of the screens about a month after the project, AHR sent someone right out to fix it. I am extremely happy with my new windows - the house is much warmer and quieter now, and I've already recommended the company to several of my neighbors."

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."
