"I was really impressed with Phill's Pluming, from the time I requested a quote through the final installation. Phill responded to my request quickly, and researched the facuet I was looking for. Within the same day I had a quote. He ordered the facuet and it was installed with a couple of days. His employee, Joe was on time, wore a face mask, covered his shoes, made sure my floor was covered, and completed the installation quickly. I was looking for a go to Plummer that I could trust and rely on, and I definitely found one. - Lml, Irvine"

During the analysis and work, the field manager came to discuss what the issue was and go into greater detail.

Two condos were involved...the charges were very reasonable for the many hours spent !!!

"Kudos to Milton, Jesus, and the other team members for an awesome job. Leaking gas line was replaced with most professional service, being able to turn gas back on at 10:30pm the same day. I highly recommend Do It Right Plumbers for any of your needs!"

"Finally, a plumbing company that is 100% honest, very responsive and charges a very fair price! My main line was totally clogged with roots. Dirty water was backing up in my tub and my toilet would not flush. I hired a different contractor that came out, charged a hefty fee only to penetrate a small hole in the clog (to drain the water) and run a camera through the line. I was told that they would have to use a high pressure water jet to clear the line and that would not be available to do the work until 4 days later. They quoted me an outrageous price! I then called JD Plumbing and got to talk to the owner (James himself) and Danny S., a plumber, to get a second opinion. They told me that the water jet is not necessary to clear the line and in fact there was significant risk that my bathroom could be flooded by high velocity water backing up and overflowing my toilet. Danny came out sharply at 8:00 AM the next day and cleared the line in about an hour. I ended up paying less than one third of total cost had I followed through with the first company that came out. I was very impressed that the owner would take the time to talk with me and be so truthful. Danny was awesome! A very professional, hard working and supper friendly guy. A stressful experience with a very good ending thanks to JD Plumbing."

"Mike and his team were amazing. They quickly responded to my call about my leaking water heater on a Friday night, showed up 9am the next day, and had a new one up and running within two hours. He was upfront with the costs and even had us send him photos so he could give recommendations and transparent advice over the phone before we had confirmed we were moving forward with him. Mike also ensured that he secured the permits we needed from the city and provided consistent updates throughout the entire process. We've saved Mike's number as our go-to plumber and we'll be recommending him to anyone who needs similar services."
