"I AM OVER THE MOON PLEASED! This was the third time I had hired Kyle and his excellent crew to remodel a house for me. It was a huge job, that entailed a lot of very careful restoration, on a 1920 Craftsman Arts and Crafts home. The home had a fire in the past, and had never been properly remediated. There were burnt beams and joists that need to be repaired as well as a lot of water damage that occurred when putting out the fire. To see the house today, you'd never imagine the state it was in when I purchased it. IT IS NOW, KNOCK OUT GORGEOUS! I had tried to find someone who was good at and understood the difference between remodeling and restoration. Other contractors I spoke to, wanted to remove all of the architectural components of a craftsman house. They clearly didn't understand restoration! Kyle himself lives in a Craftsman home, and understood my concerns. He and his guys did exactly the kind of work I wanted. His lead man on my job, Arturo, and his cousin Phillipe took on every challenge I threw at them, and executed each job perfectly. These guys are so talented, resourceful, and willing, it made working with them a real pleasure! Although some of the original parts and pieces of the home Were salvageable, Many had sustained too much damage to save. Arturo, a master at woodworking, managed to make reproduction built-ins, cabinets, moldings and casings. He made from scratch, period style casement windows and window screens as well. My home did not originally come with a fireplace, and when I showed him a period craftsman fireplace with built in cabinet surrounds, he made me one so perfectly done, no one would ever know it wasn't period to the home. To see this house today, you might think it is an all original well kept home from the 1920's, which is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, I'd like to say what a pleasure it was having Kyle's crew in my home! They were here 6 days a week for 8 months. They were the most respectful and caring guys, and totally trustworthy! As a woman on her own, I have in the past been treated very badly by construction companies and their employees. These guys were completely the opposite! So easy going and willing to take on any challenge! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!"

"We called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys."

"Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing."

"We just wrapped up a full bathroom remodel with D2A Construction and I'm beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. From the very first consultation, Dani was straightforward, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Our bathroom was old, cramped, and honestly kind of embarrassing. Now it feels like a luxury spa — seriously! Dani's crew was polite, professional, and always cleaned up at the end of each day (which I hugely appreciated since we have little ones at home). The tile work is flawless, the new shower layout is so much more functional, and the modern design they suggested works beautifully in our space. There were a couple of small hiccups (as expected with any construction), but Dani handled them quickly and kept everything on schedule. We never felt in the dark. Can’t recommend D2A enough. "Wish home advisor had an 10 star because thatâ s what I would give Gabe. I called him at 8:30 in the morning and he showed up at 1 oâ clock (same day)precisely as he promised. He pulled up in a very presentable clean truck with plenty of tools. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable in all Facets of homebuilding. He even has a vacuum that he takes with you.
