Best water softener pros near Hercules, CA

"John was Great!!! Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but John communicated the issue immediately which was much appreciated, and set new appointment. When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Great customer service. Clean, fast, efficient. Came at 10:30, gave me a quote, matched a competitor's service, and for less $$. I had a new water heater in place by 1:30. Excellent!"

"Harry installed a hot water circulation pump for me He did an excellent job in addition he also improved the stability of the water heater and removed parts of the old pump which were not needed anymore. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient,"

"Josh diagnosed our seized water pump on a weekend. He did and acid descaling and replaced a corroded pitless adapter. How our well is back to top performance."

"This business operates with integrity and honesty which is difficult to find these days. I'd highly recommend them for any commercial or residential plumbing and water-well project or issues."

"Damian Fernandez came out to our home for a consultation and presentation of the Kinetico water softener system. He was very thorough, patient, and friendly, and answered our very many questions with expertise and professionalism. Great customer service."

"He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Finished on time cleaned up nicely. Excellent price great tasting water"

"Armin was great, he got all the problems solved and went the extra mile to install my new faucet with some of the pieces of the old one since the new ones comes with plastic and I wanted to keep the metal (not a simple thing to fit two systems). He left everything in the bathroom beautifully clean I highly recommend him"
