Oh... and he was timely and could attend to the job soon after my request."

"We have used Service Champions on and off over the years, in a couple of different houses. A year ago they installed a new HVAC system and water heater in our home. The annual contract that came with the installation expires this month and I had decided not to renew it, because what can go wrong with a newer HVAC system, right? Today the smoke alarm at the top most point of our vaulted ceiling started beeping driving our dog to want out of the house. My wife refused to let her 86 year old husband climb our ladder to remove it. Even though our dilemma had nothing to do with the HVAC, Service Champions came to the rescue and within 4 hours. "Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."
