"VALLEY PACIFIC LANDSCAPING INC. RIVERSIDE CA REVIEW by: JOSEPH MELOT 9 reviews·3 photos 31 minutes ago New If you require professional landscaping services, I highly recommend Matt Sandoval and his crew. They demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time, eliminating the need for return visits. Matt possesses a remarkable creative vision for designing beautiful landscapes, incorporating your input and needs. Additionally, they offer competitive pricing for their services and complete jobs in a timely manner, maintaining a clean work site daily. We have utilized their services for both back and front yard projects, and recently, they completed an outstanding paver job on our driveway and front entryway, incorporating a gradual slope to ensure ADA compliance. They deserve the highest rating."

"We were very pleased with the service and final product. We're happy with our new large driveway and liked the way they cleaned up the site. They took our suggestions to heart and accommodated when possible. We plan to hire them again for an extension to our patio. Gotta save up the money first!"

"Victor and his team are easy to work with. Started the project on time and finished ahead of schedule. He kept me informed of everything and always showed up on time. Victor and his team planted trees & shrubs (about 25 in total) and did a concrete slab in the backyard as well. The backyard looks amazing. I would highly recommend Everlasting Green Landscaping."

Patios questions, answered by experts

Whether a prefab sunroom is worth it will depend on each homeowner’s unique needs and preferences. Overall, prefab sunrooms are a wallet-friendly, speedy, and reliable option for individuals looking to get some vitamin D in a simply-designed yet sunny space. Not to mention, sunrooms can increase your home’s value and the enjoyment you feel at home.

Yes, transforming a deck into a sunroom is an absolute possibility. Building a sunroom involves framing in the deck area with walls, adding windows, and affixing a roof. This project is not an easy task, but it does provide a stylish addition to your house. Not all deck designs support this type of renovation project, so consult a professional deck builder before beginning.

Yes, enclosing a patio to create a sunroom or three-season room is often a good idea that adds value to your home. This project increases your home's usable square footage and creates a versatile space for relaxing or entertaining that is filled with natural light and can be used in various weather conditions. Homeowners may see an average return on investment (ROI) of around 70%. The final value added will depend on factors such as the quality of the materials, the level of finish, and the amount of yard space that remains after the enclosure.

With proper maintenance, the average life span of a screened-in porch is six to eight years for the screens themselves, but the foundation and structure can last for 50 to 100 years. To keep your screened-in porch in good shape, clean your porch screens regularly, patch holes, re-seal the wood as needed, and address any foundational issues right away.

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, with a potential return on investment (ROI) of 70% to 84%. The actual value added depends heavily on several factors. Climate is a major consideration; homes in warm, humid, or buggy areas (like the Southern regions) see the highest ROI. In colder climates, the value is diminished as the unconditioned space is unusable for much of the year. Other factors that influence the return include the quality of materials and construction, the size of the porch, and the local real estate market. While a screened-in porch can enhance curb appeal and attract potential buyers, it is not included in the home's total square footage for appraisal purposes.
