"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. "Anyone who has waterproofing needs should hire Bill and his team. They are fantastic. I am the President of our HOA ( 5 townhome building) and a resident in one of the 5 units. The building had a number of areas in our underground common area and one resident's garage in particular where water was draining from outside of the foundation of the building. There were no less than 4 separate areas where water was entering the interior of the building. Of all the contractors we interviewed for the job, Bill was the most honest, practical, thoughtful and analytical in his approach to the job. He was more like a surgeon carefully dissecting the problem and then fixing the issues, one a time rather than what most of the other contractors wanted to do, which was tear up the east side of the building and "we'll then see what the problem is." He and his team showed up everyday they said they would - on time. They worked hard and cleaned up their work area every time they were there.
