We decided to hire Sun Boss because of their longevity and reputation in the industry. David Kain from Sun Boss was very thorough in presenting all the options to us. David was also very helpful meeting with our HOA design review committee to offer extension design options that could be approved in our community. Thanks to David's efforts, we did get approval. Our patio roof was extended six feet by twenty-four feet. All the material used is of high quality construction and an attractive appeal sandstone color that coordinated naturally with the color of our house. Donn Stanley from Sun Boss was very dependable. He kept us updated throughout the project in coordinating material delivery, the workload, permits and invoices. David Shelby, Sun Boss installer, was absolutely a true professional and very skilled in the construction of our custom project. He cleaned up at the end of each day (seven days total). David was very meticulous making sure every detail was done correctly. He would always stop to answer any concerns we had during the installation. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected, however Sun Boss and David Shelby did not hesitate to come back and make it right. We measure a good company not only by a quality product, but also by how well they respond to issues or concerns. Sun Boss definitely provided both with excellent customer service. We are really enjoying our patio now. And, with the positive experience we had, can highly recommend Sun Boss."

"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that is not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough... However, communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project. We were assigned a couple of *project managers*... First, it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job, then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction with the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all... Communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us *no problem* and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It is attractive looking without question... However, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So... Be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract... He gave me a *look*, then told me that he could have done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well... However, those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way overpriced."

"Pete and his crew of concrete professionals at Back to Eden Landscapes get five stars for the work they completed for us this Spring. We live on 3 acres in the hills above Banning and needed to add concrete pads for our new storage sheds and RV parking, as well as walkways between existng buildings. Our design goal was to work with the natural draininage and lay of the land â and Pete did not disappoint. His Bobcat professional [Paul] quickly turned Peteâ s vision into reality. His forms crew [Tony, Justin and Dean] had the experience and stamina to complete the pre-pour requirements on schedule and showed up at sunrise the next day, ahead of the three cement trucks to finish the job by sunset. Back to Eden Landscapes wasnâ t the cheapest bid weâ d recieved, but their seamlessly-coordinated teamwork and the quality of the finished job allowed us to maintain our work-shed construction schedule. "Ralph did an amazing job! I had a difficult and stylish slab that I wanted poured and stamped. This was the first time I wanted colored and stamped concrete. Ralph consulted with me, and understood what I wanted. He then showed me exactly what my finished product would look like. It was a big pour (10 yards), but he got it perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (I've actually got several other concrete projects). The guy is an artist with something as mundane as concrete. If you hire him, you will definitely be satisfied with the outcome."
