Best computer repair technicians near Riverside, CA

"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

"My computer malfunctioned at a crucial time so I contacted Geek, and Jack had unbelievable patience with me because I was near hysteria and inpatient. Jack worked quickly and thoroughly to resolve my problem and continuously kept me apprised of his progress. And upon completion of the repair, Jack walked me through short cuts and provided technical advice on optimizing my computer's function. If I could give Jack ten stars, I would in a heartbeat."

"I first contact Goodberg Computer Services to take care of my laptop. At the end, he ended up fixing our internet at home, upgrading our modem, fixing the airport, and even dealing with Time Warner/Spectrum over the phone - which is always a pain, and he did it with no problems; even got us a better deal with them"

"Excellent service from Tech Hero Services! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue, explain everything clearly, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing. The service was efficient, thorough, and reasonably priced. It's refreshing to find someone who is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Tech Hero Services to anyone needing computer repairs or technical support. Definitely a five-star experience!"

"Came on time. Did an outstanding job hanging our curtain rod and curtains. Installing pendant lights and fixing my computer. Very professional, friendly and really competitive pricing. We will continue to use him on an ongoing basis"

"I just purchased my home and the home inspection report listed some electrical repairs needed. I made an appt. with Paul at PS Electric. He was on time, very thorough and answered all of my questions. Dealing with electrical stuff can be very intimidating but he was honest and didn't try to "scare" me into fixing things that didn't need to be repaired. He spent well over an hour going over my entire house only to find no repairs needed! I truly appreciated his professional attitude and the fact that he is very personable made the experience that much better. I will use them again!"

"I needed my desktop OS re-installed and old files backed up due to a file virus. iGtecq performed a file back up, removed and installed at my home in a professional and timely matter . The tech has much knowledge and experience in the technology services performed ."

"Jose replaced our old cables for TV/Internet. The system he installed works, however, it was not as custom/clean install I believe it could have been if it was thought out more. Also, my walls and ceilings resembled Swiss cheese when he was finished. To my surprise, he does not repair the holes he makes. It cost me almost as much to repair the holes and touch-up the paint as it did to run the cable."

"Anthony is very professional and helped me purchase and install a new computer. He responded quickly to all of my requests and explained everything to me, I plan to use him for all of my computer problems in the future. Very nice man and knows his business."

"Very knowledgeable. My OC crashed and my recovery key had not been attached to my microsoft account. He recovered my LocKey and restored my OS. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras. Yes he is Ring certified and diagnosed my problem with my outside camera systems to a bad monitor. I had an extra flat screen and he installed that also. One service call three jobs. Very versatile guy. Very personable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends."
