After demo, and during initial construction, everything was coming together so seemlessly, we decided to ask for change orders which included, tile floor throughout the house, a new mst. bath onsuite, 1/2 upgrades to our bathrooms, and painting. Rich was not only able to take care of these changes, but do them on time with his original estimate.
