Andrew came up with the solution of trimming the bottom to make room for the pour. I was skeptical, thinking it might look weird, but it looked great. And when I odorants expressed concerns about the issue, his response was even if I have to buy you a new gate, I ll honor my bid. That s legit."

Mostly hardscaping - 2300 sqft of concrete (some of it stamped and tinted), drainage, new gate, river rock, new retaining wall with custom capstone, firepit. We are very happy with the results. Pete was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. He has good people working for him and he hires good subs. Pete's crew made sure that the fence was closed up each day so we could let the dogs out and his crew cleaned up after each day's work. We had record rains this year and it slowed things down but Pete's crew worked around the storms. Comments:  Inri addressed irrigation, landscape lighting, contour of land, grading, drainage, and installation of new plants and palm trees prior to start of work.  I was especially appreciative of; is the neatness and cleanup Inri's work team did each day.   Installation of artificial grass and pavers went as planned and completed better then my expectations.  Working with HOA guidelines did not hinder his work process nor his team.
