They quickly and efficiently installed the awning in a couple of hours, placing the inside control switch and exterior connections exactly where we requested to facilitate our planned future electrical needs outside. The control lets us easily extend, retract, or stop the awning anywhere in between. From the day it was installed, it has performed flawlessly, and it continues to do so. We don’t extend it daily, but we do extend it most days. The extension and retractions motion is nearly silent; you have to listen closely to hear it. We enjoy the awning and recommend Accent Awning Company as a supplier and installer. We would certainly buy from them again if the opportunity arises."

All the material used is of high quality construction and an attractive appeal sandstone color that coordinated naturally with the color of our house. Donn Stanley from Sun Boss was very dependable. He kept us updated throughout the project in coordinating material delivery, the workload, permits and invoices. David Shelby, Sun Boss installer, was absolutely a true professional and very skilled in the construction of our custom project. He cleaned up at the end of each day (seven days total). David was very meticulous making sure every detail was done correctly. He would always stop to answer any concerns we had during the installation. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected, however Sun Boss and David Shelby did not hesitate to come back and make it right. We measure a good company not only by a quality product, but also by how well they respond to issues or concerns. Sun Boss definitely provided both with excellent customer service.
