Their standards for quality workmanship are very high and they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They have a strong network of suppliers and whether Nathan or Mike is leading your project, they make you feel like your project is their top priority. They have a lot of experience and offer great ideas for layouts and solutions when a problem needs to be solved. And they are great with communication. They keep you informed as to what's happening and they respond quickly if you have a question or want to talk about the work in progress. "We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."
