I just finished my project with Pristine Construction and I can't tell you what a wonderful experience it was.  Mike and Nathan are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met.  They did everything they promised (and more).  One example of this is, Mike had promised that the water would be hooked up in the kitchen on a certain day, and he knew I was anxiously waiting for this and drove out of his way late in the day to keep his promise.  When I thanked him, he said "I always keep my promises" .  I have to say, this was true during the whole project.  My kitchen and bathroom came out better then I could have imagined, due to their great ideas and experience.  Mike and/or Nathan came by every day and also called me to update me on what they were going to do that day and then what had been done.  Their crew was very courteous and cleaned up every day. They even finished earlier then promised!  Don't waste your time interviewing other companies because it is just a waste of time- they are the company to hire.  I will definitely hire them again for future projects!

"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.
