"Pristine Construction handled everything from design, city permits, construction and any extras we needed.  Pristine has a crew of employees and they only take a limited number of jobs so they can provide quality service to their customers.   They usually deal with referrals by former clients and are constantly busy.  Once we met Nathan and saw his level of commitment, Pristine is well worth waiting for!!
Nathan Moses provided the design.  He spent 3 hours with us at the appliance store to select the bathroom hardware, he spent an hour with me at the window store selecting windows and doors and he spent about 2 hours with us at the tile store selecting tile for the bathrooms............all about 1 1/2 months before we even began the project.  They only had a $1000 retainer and he spent all of this time with us!  This is the level of commitment you get with Pristine!
As with any older house you can expect the unplanned or unexpected.  We had to replace the sewer system because it was leaking,  fix broken drainage pipes and add french drains but at each step, Pristine said, "No problem" and had a worker on site the next day.  We didn't think the AC was strong enough to cool our western exposure bedroom, Nathan had the AC guy out the next day talking about solutions or removing our reservations.  We thought the room needed a third coat of paint in one room, no problem.  Everything was perfect.
As I mentioned above, Nathan Moses and Mike Malka are fantastic.  Mike will be onsite every day once the construction moves 'inside'.  We were fortunate to have both Nathan and Mike come to the site every single day that workers were here.  
Pristine took care of the architect plans, city permits, inspections and coordinating everything.   Sharona would call every day to tell us what was going to happen the following day so we always knew what to expect.
We decided to add a spiral staircase and deck on top of the bathroom, Nathan researched and found comparative prices for the staircase.  We ended up going with a company because we just connected with the owner from the start!  It turned out to be a friend of Nathan....should've known!!  Another advantage with Pristine is you pay direct for the tile and appliances using their contractor's discount and don't get charged an additional 20% as some contractor have done in the past.  Why should I pay 20% more to the contractor depending on the cost of a bath tub?  Pristine doesn't do that!
Their work is outstanding! and they stand behind the work  For example, I selected the tile for the shower nook and Faustino spent hours putting it together but once done, I didn't like it at all.  The Pristine team says, "We want you happy."  He came back on Sunday, took out all the tile and manually cut small pieces based on a custom design I drew and didn't think twice about making it absolutely perfect!!  Amazing teamwork and wonderful group to work with!  (And we weren't charged extra!!!!)
You will love their work, their staff and entire team of professionals.  There was never a disagreement or negative response.  The team has a positive attitude, great work ethic and outstanding results.  We hesitated for 15 years about doing this room addition because we heard terrible remodel stories!!   If only we knew about Pristine Construction but sure glad we were referred.  They are the best!
 The cost that I listed above is for room addition, additional closet built in master bedroom and guest room, new addition walk-in, complete remodel guest bath, new AC in 4 rooms, new sewer line, city permits.

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. ING construction are quick, efficient, clean, high quality work you just wouldnâ t get with anyone else. We pass their name to everyone whoâ s looking for construction work to their home dwelling. A little historyâ ¦ My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house. Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house. In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside. We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code. We had a drain place in the back. New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter. Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out. New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage. New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well. They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. Besides the year after in remodeling our two bathrooms.)"
