Their standards for quality workmanship are very high and they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They have a strong network of suppliers and whether Nathan or Mike is leading your project, they make you feel like your project is their top priority. They have a lot of experience and offer great ideas for layouts and solutions when a problem needs to be solved. And they are great with communication. They keep you informed as to what's happening and they respond quickly if you have a question or want to talk about the work in progress. "We first hired Oury to remodel our bathroom. He gave us a good price and was honest and fair. Oury did a fantastic job with the bathroom and helped us make design decisions and made every accommodation to make us happy. After we were so happy with the job he did, we hired him to do a complete living room and dining room and kitchen remodel. Oury had it done quickly and in budget, and again did a fantastic job with every change and request we had. We will be hiring him to do some exterior work next, I don't see us ever using a different contractor. Before hiring Oury we felt like we interviewed every contractor in town. "We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

SoCal builders installed hardwood floors throughout, fully remodeled 3 baths and a full paint job. We then decided to retile the kitchen. Everything looks fantastic, we will use them again no doubt for future projects. Natali was very flexible and accommodating and her crew is very nice as well."
