But when my son burnt his popcorn and the whole house was filled with smoke, the smoke detectors did not go off. That makes me wonder if they are working. "Over all it was a good experience. My old driveway was falling apart. Now it looks awesome. I was given a two week estimate but it was done in a week. There was a hick up, however; in all fairness most construction jobs have hick ups. Nevertheless, it was resolved. There was an issue with the total square footage but the company took care of it at no extra cost. Miki was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. "So it was difficult to find people not only during Covid who weren't all busy but willing to take on my job. I had an large 100+ feet of retaining wall that I wanted to clean up its look and add a stacked stone and a bull nose topper to finish it off. As well as remove an existing bbq island and add fake grass. The guys were always clean and timely. We got about half way through the project before a supplier was slow in getting us the materials need. Not the fault of Faust and they stayed in touched with updates frequently. I'll say this the BEST part of working with them was Carlos would often show up to the job site to inspect progress and the quality of work. I never once had to point on the few flaws I noticed in the work. He always made sure they were corrected before I even had to say a word about it. To me that shows how much they care. I look forward to working with them after the pool season is over on a pebbletec upgrade.show more
