"Alex was very knowledgeable and knew exactly want needs to be done. He was very prompt, Courteous and cost effective. My central vacuum (Beam) was NOT working for years due to clogs and Alex came and identified the problem in less than an hour by systematically isolating the problem and ordered parts that needed to be replaced. His fees was $129 + $ 7 for the belt that needed replacement. I would highly recommend Alex if you have any issues with your central vacuum system. Apparently he takes care of all the Brands out there."

"Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better."

"Learsi Remodeling was highly recommended from my neighbor and his daughter, who both had AC work done. I met with Itai, who was very knowledgeable, showing me the ins and outs of my AC system. He gave me several options for my repair. He also pointed out several short cuts the prior installer made. I opted to replace the entire unit, since my old one was almost 17 years old. Itai and his crew were all very knowledgeable, professional and timely. They covered the floors and clothes in the closet where they were working. The install took about 4 days. That's with moving the new hvac unit from the garage into the attic. I added an additional return on his advice, for better efficiency. I am still waiting on the HERS test and final permit inspection. This new unit keeps my house very cool. It was nearly impossible to get my old unit to reach 77 degrees. I am now running my new one at 74. They do a lot more than AC as well. I think what I got was a good value. Itai threw in a few freebies as well and did some extra work at no charge. I highly recommend Learsi Remodeling!!"
