They only worked on the rear and never informed us that the front wasn’t included. Months later, while selling our home, a third-party engineer found $189K in unaddressed issues at the front. We were blindsided, lost our buyer, and suffered major financial and emotional stress. Groundworks later admitted they hadn’t measured the front.
