I have used Basem twice now. First to repair the springs for my garage door and also to install a brand new garage door opener. Both times he arrived on time and got right to work. He works fast and is very friendly.

Michael arrived about 15 minutes after we gave him the go ahead to replace our garage door spring. He was neat, clean and worked fast. And did a great job! Then he performed some maintenance and gave me advice on how to lubricate the moving parts and keep the door running well. I'd give him 5 stars!

St. Mary garage door service. At 9167303491. Shout out to Bassem who came 45 minutes right after I called him. My garage spring broke and The garage banged down on the floor. 8:30 at night and my car was inside. He came right away, diagnosed the problem, put 2 brand new springs and lubricated the whole door. Thank you Bassem for stepping in fast and Saving the situation!!

After the install and repair he verified that the entire door opening system was working properly. Basem was professional in his customer service approach and knowledgeable in providing resolution. I would contact him again in the future for any garage door issues.

He replace my oversized wooden garage door with a custom roll up garage door. The job required carpentry work as well. The new garage door works perfectly and I am very happy with it.
