"Our home heating went out suddenly on a cold Saturday morning. A service rep came out to our home later that same day and did a thorough diagnostic check of our system. A badly corroded, burned part was shown to us with an explanation of what it was. They tried to get a replacement part without success (our HVAC system was very old and very expensive to run.) Due to the age of our system it was no big surprise that the part was no longer available. A sales rep came to our home the next day (Sunday) and we worked out an agreement for a new system that would meet our needs. The new system was installed three days later (Wednesday) and we were back to normal. Throughout this process, everyone was always professional and always took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Everyone we dealt with at Gallagher's, from the original service rep to the installers, worked with us to find times we were available and always were on time. When the installers came to replace our old system, they took their time and did a very thorough job, even replacing and repairing some ductwork in the attic at no extra charge. Our monthly energy bill has dropped dramatically so, all things considered, even though this was an expense we didn't have a chance to plan for we're both glad to have a new energy efficient HVAC system.
