"A friend told me about this place. After poorly performing during last summer's record hot temps Robert and Alfredo were asked to trouble shoot my HVAC system. They analyzed the unit on the roof and corrected some deficiencies. They also fixed some shortcomings in the duct work and re adjusted the thermostat. They told me to monitor the unit's performance and give them feedback after a few weeks. Now the temperature is the same thruout the house and it's the most comfortable we've been since the unit was installed. They did all that for a very reasonable fee. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
