I also hired him to repair existing sprinklers and he left it unfinished. I paid him for services with the understanding that he would come after the weekend to finish the job and he hasn't been back. That was a month ago. Or close to it. I've called and texted him. He says he will come then doesn't. Never calls to explain why. Or when he'll be back."

It is a violation of contractors license law to abandon a job, but I guess that is of no concern to Paul. I would not recommend a person that cannot get on the job as promised, stay on it till done, and keep whimsical behavior where it belongs... in junior high school."
