"I highly recommend Nick. He responded to my request for services within minutes after the sewer line backed up into the showers and toilets. He evaluated the situation the same day and discovered roots and breakage in the sewer piping. Nick explained everything in detail along with video of the sewer pipes and let us know what work was being performed every step of the way over the course of a 3-day job. Nick is professional, fair in pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team did a great job. He also left everything spotless and clean. A few weeks later, we needed a new toilet since the original one was very old, cracked and leaking. He responded to my request within minutes and made room in his schedule to install a new toilet the very same day. Thanks again for a 2 jobs well done!"

"We had used Degennaro before and were very pleased with them, so, when I encountered a problem with my large kitchen sink that also has a disposal, I called them again. John was over within 30 minutes. Gave me a quote of 250 to clean the line. He went to work and did a thorough job. Working great. So pleased with John and his pleasant demeaner and his work. Thank you for a job well done!"

"Removed p-trap, and ran a snake into the main bathroom's sink drain, but was unable to clear clog due to the poor condition of the old plumbing. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other."

"Daniel and his crew were very friendly and pleasant. They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up everything after work, and also the ladies in the office, especially Christina, every time I called her, did whatever she could to help. Thank you"

He was clean and effecient (everything you hope for in a plumber inside your home)! His attention to the details (making sure the faucet was centered and no smudges) was definately appreciated. "David came out after hours to clear a badly clogged drain for us, and we couldn?t be more grateful. We had water backing up and were really stressed, but he arrived quickly, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. He used hydro jetting to thoroughly clean the line, and you could immediately tell the difference ? the drain has been flowing perfectly ever since. What really stood out was his attitude and work ethic. Even though it was late, he took his time to do the job right and made sure everything was clean before leaving. Fair pricing, honest service, and top-notch work. Highly recommend David for any drain or sewer issues!"
