Jeff our sales person worked with us to determine a cost effective Lennox ac system that would fit my needs, without trying to up sell us to a more expensive unnecessary system unlike the other two ac companies that had quoted us. He even included one free extra year of maintenance! The crew was punctual and answered any questions that we had. The installation was a difficult one that took the entire day because our original ac unit was very old and it was not easy to remove. The installation crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond the standard installation. They went the extra step to wrap, tape, and tidy up the insulation on the HVAC ducts, which was not part of the contract. The foreman showed up towards the end of the installation to do a quality and control check, show me how to use the new system, and answer any questions that I had. He even went the extra step by providing and installing a second WIFI thermostat at no charge! There were some conflicts about charges & what their service agreements cover or don’t that he called the owner about that could’ve gone either way, but in the end they did good business & I signed up for their annual service plans - which was basically the same price as the one service call would’ve been... but gives us a winter tune up as well. Thankfully they honored. They gave estimates for additional jobs which were about 2x what they should’ve been... so we didn’t hire for anything else."
